We are a commercial loan brokerage registered in the State of Texas. We do not receive any payment or fees from the businesses that obtain financing through us. Our compensation comes solely from our funding partners after a financing transaction is successfully completed.

All financing offers will be accompanied by a written disclosure, provided before you move forward, stating:

• The total financing amount
   

• The disbursement amount you will receive
   

• The total repayment amount
   

• The payment schedule, including estimated monthly payment amounts
   

• All applicable finance charges and fees
   

• Any collateral or security requirements (if applicable)
   

• How and by whom the broker is compensated
   

If financing is used to pay off an existing balance, the disclosure will also include the portion of funds applied to prepayment charges or unpaid interest, and the resulting change to the disbursement amount.
